Having served clients for more than a decade in private practice, Mr. Frey knows the importance of preparation and experience in the practice of law. As the founder of The Frey Law Firm, PLLC in Charlotte, North Carolina and The Frey Law Firm, LLC in Cleveland, Ohio, Mr. Frey provides aggressive and insightful representation to clients in an variety of legal matters. He has earned a reputation for his decisive approach and high level of preparedness. Mr. Frey believes that preparation can often mean the difference between winning and losing a court case, and his impressive track record as lead counsel in high-profile complex cases in national courts at all levels is a testament to his ability and attention to detail.

Mr. Frey graduated with honors from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University. While there, he served as the editor of the college's Law Review and earned inclusion on the Dean's List. Prior to law school, he obtained dual degrees in finance and economics from John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio.

Mr. Frey is admitted to practice law in Ohio and North Carolina as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. Mr. Frey is admitted to practice before The United States Supreme Court. He is a member of several professional and community organizations, including the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Alumni Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the United States Supreme Court Historical Society.

When not serving his clients, Mr. Frey shares his experience and knowledge with others. He serves as an adjunct professor at Ursuline College, and he has been asked to speak to many groups, including the Northern Ohio Academy of Pharmacy, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, on legal topics and the practice of law.
